STORY
Being a graphic designer is great; being a freelance graphic designer is even better! I love the independence, flexibility and variety of work it brings and the relationships I can build with clients. I enjoy working with individuals and small businesses who are offering something positive and unique but need some help bringing their brand to life with a strong visual identity.
There are so many great agencies out there but their fees are often beyond the reach of smaller businesses. This is where I fill a gap in the market with a professional but affordable approach.

I like to learn as much about you and your business as possible with a client brief form and follow up consultation. This is to ensure your visual identity is in sync with the rest of your brand identity, such as your story (why you're doing what you're doing) and your brand voice (the way you communicate with your audience).

Then we work together to build a visual identity (logo, fonts, colours, illustrations etc.) that is truly bespoke and reflects your purpose and personality whilst keeping consistent with your brand as a whole.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR BUSINESS
CLIENT BRIEF
I will send over a client brief form for you to fill in for me to get to know a little about your business before we meet.
FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION
We will meet for 40-60 minutes, either in person (if you are based in the Norwich or Norfolk, UK area) or on Zoom to discuss the client brief form and allow me to get to know you and your business.

We will talk through your expectations and deadlines, the payment process and contract then after the meeting I will price up the project and email this key information over to you.
THE DEPOSIT AND CONTRACT
If you are happy to proceed, then you will pay the deposit and sign the contract, and I will get started on the design work!

INITIAL CONCEPTS
A very exciting stage of the project is when the initial concepts are ready! I will email them over and we will arrange a date for our first feedback meeting.

FIRST FEEDBACK MEETING
​
This is where I welcome your honest feedback - we will chat about what you liked, didn’t like, specific changes you’d like made etc.
We will talk through any major revisions that may be needed and walk away with a clear direction in which to move forward​.
FURTHER FEEDBACK​
Design is iterative so I offer the opportunity for two further rounds of minor revisions. At this stage we are usually making small tweaks which can be communicated via email but I am always happy to schedule a meeting if preferred.

I base my fees on the estimated time it takes to undertake the above process. Any further revisions from this point or changes in direction may be subject to additional fees.
